Summer 2016

So we started out our summer with a road trip around the United States! We began our 10 day long adventure in Florida, stopping in Tampa to pick up our dear Rosa.

Then we drove through the night until we reached Nashville, Tennessee so that Ethan could check out Belmont University!

After some more road-tripping we landed ourselves in Sabetha, Kansas and stayed with the wonderful Ackermans for a couple days!

We had a blast boating and tubing out on the lake!

And I had a great time with my friends there!

Next stop was Denver, Colorado where we stayed with friends for a night!

We went out to ice-cream with the team (the Lifetree team that came right before we left for the US) in downtown Denver which was great!

Then we drove up to Gillette, Wyoming to visit a supporting church! We had so much fun attending church, visiting with friends and hanging out for a few days!

Then for Ethan's birthday we visited Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse!

After Wyoming we visited Calvery United Methodist Church in Illinois! It was great re-connecting with them (they are the team that visited in May)! So thankful for the time we spent with them. We spent the night and got right back on the road the next morning!

Then we stopped in Indiana and visited with good missionary friends of ours the Gross family! We spent the night with our dear friend Charles Lake who has been so great to our family.

And last stop our home in New Jersey!

Ethan got his permit! We were a little worried but he did great :)

Our family took a little vacation in Florida right before we came back to Haiti!

Well that's all for now!

We are safely home at Emmaus and are loving life :)

Stay tuned
